It seems like some of the "Oil For Food" boys had better start checking their six. The police are right behind you. In an article from the Australian Financial Review, the French oil giant Total is under investigation from French police. Moscow News also reports that Total made millions of dollars worth of bribes to Russian and Iraqi officials. Could this be the beginning of a major effort to prosecute the UN's O.F.F. program? One can only hope.
